The California Council of Churches has presented the theological diversity in the mainstream and progressive communities of faith since 1913.  CCC and its sister organization, Council of Churches Impact, operate a Sacramento-based public policy office representing 51 different denominations and judicatories with over 1.5 million members from the mainstream Protestant and Orthodox Christian communities as well as allies from other faith traditions.

Victoria Kolakowski is an administrative law judge at the California Public Utilities Commission. In order to prevent any impropriety, she will neither solicit nor accept support from anyone who appears before her at the CPUC, including utilities, organizations, and individuals involved in utility proceedings, and attorneys and experts who appear on their behalf.
